International and Niagara wines will add to the tasters’ experience. Suggestions will be made by specialists on how to find the correct wine to serve with the various types of mushrooms available.
Participating wineries include a selection by Lifford Wines and Spirits of Toronto. Royal City Brewing of Guelph will be on site to provide tastes of some its collection.
